Meet the Artist
Hi, I’m Pooja.
The artist and founder of Zendale — a space born from my deep belief that art can heal, ground, and transform the way we experience our everyday lives.
I am a Certified Art Therapy Practitioner, trained in therapeutic creative practices that combine mindfulness and emotional expression through art — an approach that forms the heart of Zendale’s philosophy.
Today, through Zendale, I share that calm with others — through therapeutic art workshops, original paintings, and handcrafted creations that inspire peace and presence in daily life.
If you’ve ever wanted to pause, breathe, and create — you’re in the right place.and transform the way we experience our everyday lives.
From the Artist
“May my art remind you that peace isn’t something to find — it’s something you create, one mindful pattern at a time.”
— Pooja, Founder & Artist, Zendale
Where It All Began

My journey into art wasn’t planned. It began quietly — in moments of stillness, when I found myself doodling patterns to release thoughts that words couldn’t express.
Those small circles and flowing lines soon became my language — one that spoke of calm, balance, and awareness.
Over time, I realized these mindful creations weren’t just art — they were therapy.
Every stroke became a breath, every shape a reminder to slow down. That’s when Zendale was born — as a reflection of this journey of healing through art.
What Zendale Represents
Through Zendale, I’ve blended my love for patterns, colors, and mindfulness into something simple yet powerful — workshops, original paintings, and creative kits that invite others to experience art as a form of self-care.
Art, to me, isn’t only for artists — it’s for anyone seeking peace, clarity, or a pause in the middle of a busy day.
Each mandala, doodle, or pattern I create carries a quiet message:
You are allowed to slow down. You are allowed to explore. You are allowed to create freely.
My Process
In my studio, I work with ink, watercolor, acrylics, and mixed media — letting intuition lead every piece. Some days it’s detailed mandalas; other days, free-flowing abstracts inspired by emotion and nature.
Each creation — whether a painting, a handmade bookmark, or a mindful art kit — holds a piece of my story and an invitation for you to create your own.gment, you begin to heal in ways you never expected.
A Growing Community of Calm
What started as sketches for myself has now grown into a movement of mindful creators.
Through Zendale Workshops, I’ve had the joy of guiding individuals, schools, and corporate teams to reconnect with creativity — not for perfection, but for presence.
Together, we learn to breathe through lines, to express through color, and to rediscover joy in simple creation.
An Invitation to You
If you’ve ever felt the need to pause — to reconnect with yourself, or to create something that feels grounding and gentle — you’re already part of this journey.
Art is not about skill. It’s about stillness.
When you allow yourself to create without judgment, you begin to heal in ways you never expected.
